| Plungers play a vital role in the
operation and maintenance of high-pressure homogenizers. The proper adjustment of plungers is decisive on saving costs because its improper setting may result in an accelerated abrasion of packings and plungers. Our automatic adjustment system assures longer duration of the plunger assembly and liberates operators from monitoring this section of the machine in operation.

| IMPROVED HOMOGENIZING EFFICIENCY Due to uniform pressure, the atmost efficiency in homogenization can be attained at substantially lower operating pressures. AUTOMATION & REMOTE CONTROL The air-hydraulic valve operation allows a necessary homogenizing pressure to be set or adjusted either from a remote control panel or at the machine. SIMPLIFIED PRESSURE SETTING The control system of the air-hydraulic valve opertation has granted that a required pressure can be obtained simply by turning the knob of pressure regulating valves. |
Homogenizer,
also works as a possitive high pressure pump, is an apparatus to apply a predesignated
pressure to fluid materials to be processed into emulsified products.
